So i've been seeing this guy since christmas
only problem is he keeps telling me he isnt gay :(

If he isn't gay, then he is bisexual. Make him admit it and be happy.

Maybe he is afraid of others finding truth about his orientation...
Maybe he just want normal family with children and other things...
Maybe he has no idea what he wants...
