I need advice on looking for employment in another country before

Job market is shit here in Canada. Government applications even have you require to put down if you are a minority or not they pick race over qualifications. Also a lot of jobs will put you on the spot at a job interview and get you to do an IQ test but legally they are not allowed to.

Your best bet is to look for jobs all over the world and just move to wherever has a good job market for the field you want to get into. It all depends on what kind of job you want.
