College is a much bigger world than high school. Travel in circles that don't include them and don't respect them or their jibes.
I'm afraid we need more information. Assholes still exist, but for it to reach the scale of an outright bullying regime is quite rare. What happened? What are they calling you, what are they spreading, and do you have any idea as to what their motive might be?
