How do I stop hating myself? I have a bad habit of comparing myself to others on social media and feel like a boring untalented faggot in comparison. I have few friends and don't do much besides vidya.

Maybe start doing other things that are more productive? Like improving yourself (going to the gym etc). But yeah, as someone who is lazy and plays video games as well, it really is easier said than done.
Go do things and whatever consequences happen, bear them and keep doing more things.

Try doing something creative. Think of something that you think would be cool and then make it.
It IS ultimately in your head, modern society does just about nothing in order to fulfill the evolutionary urges of an average human. Living is enough. Creating something is significant.
