Oh, you are a rebel. Rebels don't ask momies to permissions. Just go and paint yoir hair to PINK. It isn't tatoo, so it isn't permanent or expensive.
You can go to salon or buy spray or colors for hair at shop. Just read instructions or it will burn a lot.
