I'm really torn and need convincing. I'm open to both democrats and republicans and independents and all I need is some convincing.

Trump is the only republican that honestly has a chance to win, forget all the other nominees.
Bernie and Hillary are both good choices, but it depends which one you want. Hillary has hundreds of millions of dollars from lobbyists supporting her, was a walmart executive, and is pretty much part not middle class in any sense of the word. For christ sakes she let her husband cheat on her because he was a president, she's definitely going for power and is generally disingenuous/full of shit...it doesnt help that she has zero leadership skills and fails to instill any passion or american pride in people. With all those negatives though, she's still very experienced and probably is going to be the most stable of all candidates and won't fuck things over too much with crazy ridiculous ideas and just focus on making average stuff better.
Bernie is a middle class, power to the people kind of guy and seems like your fun grandad you always want to go visit. I like him a lot, but i doubt he'll be able to fulfill everything he's promising, in fact its almost a guarantee.
Personally, Id like to see Bernie/Trump because its a giant fuck you to lobbyists and the system, but hillary would probably make the best prez...but I think she'd get crushed in debates by trump
