I honestly feel like porno is the only thing keeping me alive. Porno makes me happy because it feels like a woman is actually there and I love seeing the nude female form.
I don't have the capital or the skill to get a girlfriend. I tried but just don't appear to have "masculine spark" or whatever. I apparently bore women to tears by just being myself.
Porno gives me something to look forward to. I would like to try more dating but I don't even know where to find more women to ask out. I am 25 years old and it feels like every single woman my age has a kid, already is taken or is used up or drug addicted or crazy.
Why does it seem like the older I get.. the fewer options I have?
Porno is doing damage to me but at the same time, its the only thing keeping me in the game right now.

Stop the negative thinking, for a start. Then stop the porn and see how you react to the change. It might motivate you to want to meet people.

You clearly have more problems in your life than just porn addiction. You need to get a grip and walk away from your comfort zone.
You want to stop watching porn? do it gradually by setting clear goals to yourself like to only watch it once every 2 days, when you can do that for a week make it 3 days, week, 2 weeks, month etc. Focus on that and after you've succeeded to drastically reduce your porn consumption then you can start tackling other problems one at the time.
Most of us simply lack the will power to completely change our habits, lifestyle or world view overnight so we need to do it gradually with clear rules, goals and schedules.
