Hey /adv/. I have a problem.
Whenever I get angry or frustrated, I hit myself in the head with my fist. I don't hit myself hard - it doesn't leave any bruises or anything - but it's enough to feel somewhat painful. Also, I sometimes slightly bang my head against some object nearby.
I'm a 20 year old adult by the way. I used to do this a lot when I was a child, but it started again because of the stress I experience.
How abnormal is this, on a scale from 1 to 10 (with 1 being completely normal)? Does anybody else here do this? Why could I be doing this?

lol my best friend does this. he does mma so he hits a lot of things and he enjoys it, the 'fuzzy' feeling he gets
i've sometimes done it too. not too sure about its normality mind...maybe a 7ish. hard to quantify
