How good of a driver do I need to be.
Apparently my stops arent 100% smooth and the car has a little jerk.
Would I fail a drivers ed test because of this.

How unsmooth are they? Being a little unsmooth should be fine, but if you're really jerky then it's an indication to the testing officer that you're not a competent driver and don't know how to handle the car
>>
Depends on the smoothness. It's hard to explain, but you know how you push your foot down harder when you want to "fully brake"? You need to ease into THAT. Everything else is just deceleration.

A lot of times if you just have a minor problem (brakes not the smoothest) they'll just give you some advice after passing you.

Just drive in circles a bit until you get the hang of vehicle control.

Source: I used to be a really shitty driver.
