I am 24 and completely inept when it comes to dating. I am very good socially (I'm a waiter and have paid my way through college this way), and have friends, but I have 0 experience with girls.

I simply treat girls like everyone else; people. I cannot, however, ever really tell if they want anything more. Usually when I get that feeling in the back of my mind that she might be into me, I just dismiss it and treat her as normal. How can a hot girl ever be into me, after all?

I'm honestly not sure if I'm ugly, or more inept than I think I am, but I am pretty sure it's neither. What can I do for myself to help me finally break this mess and get with a girl?
