What does "put yourself out there" mean?
doing things that you wouldnt normally do or are used to doing it.
Getting outside of your comfort zone; taking risks; exposing yourself to situations that made you uncomfortable, hurt you; etc etc etc

It means get off your computer, take a shower, shave your neckbeard, put in clean clothes, go outside and go interact with others IRL

get out of your comfort zone. join a club, go to social events, anything that allows new people into your life
To me this means, "stop being an avoidant little shit and make an intentional effort to interact with the people around you, especially if this means flying headfirst into perturbation."
