So I'm tired of having to put my hair in a ponytail just to get the hair out of my face.
So I found some hair clips on a counter and used two f them to pull the hair back on both sides of my head.
Will I be ridiculed for using hair clips and a male?

Yes, but then again any guy that has long hair will look like a woman to me.
Use bobby pins instead. They're cheap and can get them in brown or black so they match your hair.
You shouldn't pull your hair back in a pony all the time anyway, especially if it's wet. Your hair breaks more easily if you do.
