People tend to like you more when you don't give a fuck about what others think. It makes you a leader and someone they look up to/ respect. Also don't be a whiner, people hate betas. OP I have been feeling very much like a ghost in all aspects of life lately. Do extraordinary work at work but it doesn't even get noticed and is taken for granted. Send buddies texts they literally don't respond to.

See the thing is I don't come across like I'm trying too hard
I socialise with friends and hang out with them and I don't force myself onto them or try to be too inyourface kind. even still I feel like I don't matter much to them, maybe I'm just never going to be anything but a wallflower
