What percent of OKCupid users are troll accounts, and what some ways of being able to tell? Should I run pictures through reverse Google images?

Perhaps they are real accounts, just run by the same person. It could explain why they all showed up for you, same guy answeres questions similarly for each profile. Or not, whos to say.

Top 2: different people
Bottom 2: different people.
Top two: completely different complexion. Left has a wider face and chin, lower cheekbones.
Bottom two: different hairlines should be a dead giveaway. The guy on the left is at least 7-10 years younger than manocyk (who looks like he also has some kind of facial scar/birthmark on both of his cheeks).

Top 2 have completely different face shapes. Wutang has very puffy cheeks while DIY has no such thing.
Bottom 2 have different eye shapes, and look at how sunken-in manocyk's cheekbones are, while Hudkh is not at all. Their ears are also different sized. Those are just the most obvious differences.
