I wish I could be like you but I loathe fat people. In a way you are taking advantage of her but she is also taking advantage of you. If she is objectively fat and ugly it's unlikely she'll get affection from anyone else. (ie see me, I won't touch fat, you're willing to) It's up to you if you wanna keep it up.
