For all of us who are doing it or have thought about it, can we talk about success stories and give advice to each other.
This isnt the first time Ive done no fap, but its the first time Im keeping track of the changes.
Things I realized after 3 weeks of no fap that was wrong before
>I couldnt get a erection without touching my dick or watching porn
>I couldnt maintain an erection without touching my dick
>I didnt get the tingly feeling in my dick each time I saw an attractive woman
>completely desensitized to sexual appeal in clothing
>memory of sex with actual girls was blurry
>fucked up fetishes
>lethargic
Things that have improved after 3 weeks
>confidence boost
>more energized
>vanilla as fuck taste
>no longer aroused by glancing at gratuitous images of sexualization
>dont need to touch penis to get erect
>can get erect at the memory of sex
>wake up with boners sometimes
>erection last at least a minute with no stimulation (mental)
>No longer desire to fap
>Really only want to stick penis in vagina, nothing else.
About 3 years ago in college I went 6 months without fapping or porn and was probably me at my overall peak.

theres more to no fap than just not fapping. Thats why no porn is often included, theres people who edge. Sex to me kinda feels like a way of cheating to climax since I cant fap instead of toughing it out.

Just getting to the end of day five here. Next week I'm away for business and will be staying alone in a hotel... I'm anticipating that this will be quite a test of my resolve. But if other people can manage it then I can manage it.

The problems are all relative. Its not cut and dry. The important part is the noticeable improvement.
I fapped like 2 times in 3 days.
I've been on nofap for almost 2 years now, and I don't feel too different day-to-day. I have a little more confidence, almost no anxiety, and I just feel better. The first month was the hardest, It's worth it to keep going. Once it stops being a struggle, you don't notice many benefits.

I have been doing NoFap easy mode for the past three weeks. My history with porn has been pretty tame compared to most other fapstronauts, as I sought out porn which pertained directly to or approximated with my sexual interests/fantasies; I was mainly interested in solo masturbation and lesbian videos and the /s/ board (I have a sweet spot for redheads, ebony and dark hair + ight skin) because I liked the emphasis on the eroticism of the female protagonists. Therefore, I have found it easy to fap without porn or any visual stimuli, but I easily boner from just swiping girls on Tinder and browsing and messaging girls on POF and OkCupid. At this point in time, my focus is geared more toward seduction and dating and less toward NoFap. I found focusing on the latter was a major hindrance to me in previous years with NoFap as I didn't really becoming proactive with sexual and romantic life - I fell into the false mindsets that circumstances and time were going to dictate if I was going to have a girlfriend and having a long-term girlfriend was going to be right for me.

Had PIED which kinda freaked me out, currently at day 20 or something with couple of short relapses behind me.
After like week I could get erection normally without porn but now I am struggling to regain some sensitivity. Sure it's fun to last like and hour without orgasm but not so much when you can't keep erection going for that long. Usually need a hand-job to finish.

No porn is definitely a huge factor. Was browsing /r9k/ once and saw the usual faggotry and sprinted to /s/ to get it out of my mind. But even though I didnt touch my dick I felt my erection quality go down.
