look up how to do your eyebrows. I have pretty thin eyebrows so I've never had to worry about it, but yours are kind of bushy.
they're not bad, but if you cleaned them up a bit it would balance out the rest of your face more. Even tweezing out a few loose hairs would clean them up a lot.
You can go to any spa and have a person do threading on them for not much money. a lot of girls even find it kind of attractive to see a guy who cares about his eyebrows, it shows self awareness. you might meet a cute spa girl.

also for the haircut, try maybe an undercut. I don't like the sides to be too short, I ask the barber to do a three (3 MM) trim on the sides and back, then trim the top and bangs with scissors. it's a good haircut that looks good on almost everybody.

Look up an eyebrow threading tutorial using the scissoring method (you have a long piece of string, tie it in a knot to make a circle, put two fingers from both hands on the ends of the circle, twist so there's a coil in the middle and then scissor back and forth).
You are going to want to go around your eyebrows in the middle and around them where the extra hair grows WITHOUT shaping them. So they stay thick and manly while looking kempt and clean.
Seriously, men with hairy eyebrows like yours that don't maintain them are gross but it is also gross to have girlbrows. Just thread the middle and around your forehead where those tiny barely visible hairs grow and then LEAVE THE REST so that it looks like you don't do anything to your eyebrows when you do.
I'd also rec. after brushing them up and clipping them with brow scissors but that might be a bit too clean, would have to see what the threading made you look like.
If you're scared just go to a place where they thread brows and ask them to thread to get rid of the unibrow and around without shaping and they'll assist you and show you what to do.
Waxing removes too much hair and hurts more and is just dangerous to have wax near your eyes.
Plucking is time consuming and you'll most likely pluck too much. Threading is plucking a ton of teeny tiny hairs at once from the root so you only do it maybe once a month and you get the unnecessary peach fuzz while retaining your shape and masculinity
