sometimes I'd have my period happen in the middle of the set of pills. I just took the pills as directed. Sometimes I had a second period when I was "supposed" to and sometimes I didn't.
Just start the new pack even if you're on your period. Your period had it's chance....
You shouldn't take birth control, use condoms instead.
Birth control can lead to a lot of mental issues, not limited to anxiety which a lot of users experience.
Birth control also removes your ability to determine if someone is a good match for you. A lot of girls on birth control get married then drop birth control, then soon after lose all feelings they had for their partner. It's sad. It also can kill your sex drive almost permanently.
A girl on birth control is like a bat without it's radar.

That's not good. You either need to be taking your pills more regularly (ie at the exact same time every day) or go up a dosage. That happened to me.

I'd suggest just starting your new packet and keep going. Don't extend your placebo week since that'll make you at risk for pregnancy.

Yeah I hated the pill for that. I'd set phone reminders and took it at the same time but it'd always do that to me. Most likely I needed a higher dosage.
However switched to an IUD much better
The last pills aren't even active, they're basically filler to keep you on a schedule.

Really depends on what type of birth control you have, some are all the same concentration (monophasic) of hormones in each pill, some change as you go through the month (biphasic or triphasic). Also some have a placebo week and some don't. You NEED to talk to your doctor or pharmacist about this. These people will give you information that may not be right for your type of birth control.
