You have to be strong enpugh to pull away. Youll think the strong thing is replaying your sadness in your head, or prolonging the agony of what if. Itll take years foe you to get to a point where you realize you need to be accepting of your pain. move onward from there. It sounds cliche and theres a reason for it.
