Sometimes when I am laying down (or not moving much) I notice that my thumb twitches. It happens really fast for a short amount of time (much faster then I could move it myself)

It happens around 0-3 times a day, does anyone else have the same problem? Am I dying?

Some people have twitches, It normal and nothing to worry about.

I find i get twitches when I'm especially stressed. Are you under more stress than usual? That might be contributing.

I think I've been stressed ever since I started university. (2 years ago)

Maybe try some meditation if it bothers you? There's guides for it everywhere online.
