Sometimes when I am laying down (or not moving much) I notice that my thumb twitches. It happens really fast for a short amount of time (much faster then I could move it myself)

It happens around 0-3 times a day, does anyone else have the same problem? Am I dying?

I find i get twitches when I'm especially stressed. Are you under more stress than usual? That might be contributing.

Maybe try some meditation if it bothers you? There's guides for it everywhere online.
