Help me /adv/, you are my only hope.
What is the slang term for the nurses that take care of users in a heroin den? The term was used in the film Trainspotting, but I can't remember it for the life of me. I can't find it anywhere, and it's killing me, it was similar to milk nurse or milk mother or something...
