I got really sick and had to spend some time in the hospital. I lost touch without of my social group while I was away.

I'm starting to get better (can walk and talk almost normally, no longer in hospital)but I'm really lonely and would love to make friends and maybe even try dating. The problem is that I don't know how.

I guess I'll add a few details about myself.

I'm 32, I like to play music, cook, read and watch weird movies. I live alone with my cat. I'm into alternative spirituality and other /x/ stuff. I'm str8. I used to have a very active social life but that all went away over the last few years as I got too sick to leave home very often. I'm mostly better now but still a bit weak.
