For a male is there any negative consequences and effects on health other than increased risk of prostate cancer from not being sexually active after you have grown mature?
What if you don't have sex at all and avoid fapping too.
Does it make a difference if you only fap or have sex too?
Im asking this question for myself, i have had almost zero contact with the opposite sex and dont even enjoy fapping and do it rarely.

Personal experience:

Have been masturbating every morning for about nine months now. Sometimes one or two times more during the day.
