eat fruits, get some woman probiotics, and if nothing clears up in a few days go to doc. it could be BV which is really common and even virgins gets, u take some anti biotics n it goes away.

Not OP, but I'd like to know the answer to this too. Mine smells really bad and literally it can be smelt through my pants from a small distance away, it's so fucking embarrassing. I'm hygienic and I went to the doctor and got tested, results were no STDs and only thrush diagnosed. Received cream, used cream correctly and it only worked for a few days. No itchiness like OP as well, but when my boyfriend and I have sex his dick gets really red and sore for a few days after. I get a lot of white discharge.

Is it because I use soap down there or what? My diet is admittedly quite bad.

Soap FUCKS UP the PH balance. Wrong bacteria can settle down, which can make it smell like hell. No soap just water, AT LEAST wash it with clear water once a day. Keep it dry with toilet paper. Basic, but just in case: Change underwear daily.
Some discharge is normal but too much could be a sign for a hopefully harmless bacterial infection.

If you have pubes, you wanna try shaving/waxing down there. Pubes tend to trap stink, even if you wash down there.

I'm reasonably certain that the factorncausibg it is a combination of not enough lube, really vigorous sex, and not enough hygiene between sex, for example fucking in the evening, then again in the morning without thorough showering.
