I've wondered this. Part of me thinks it might be an expression of some feelings of exclusion and inadequacy I developed after years of .... exclusion and, by some measures, inadequacy. But it also seems like I could have gotten this wrapped around anything I'd trained my brain to cum to. And furthermore, one surefire way to feel excluded and inadequate is to embrace those feelings repeatedly - the fact that I was doing it to cum isn't necessarily relevant.
