Join a damn church. We literally exist to comfort and socialize with people who feel isolated, alone, and far from God and others. Even if you don't believe in God, that's okay - go for the fellowship. If the church practices what Jesus was all about, you will be welcomed with open arms, and you'll make some friends that way. Plus, they'll have activities, small groups, and clubs to join, and even free food once in a while.
I swear, the church gets a bad stigma because of how arrogant and hurtful we Christians can be, and on behalf of the rest of us, I apologize. But really, find a church that matches your lifestyle and dive in. Like I mentioned, we are there for you.
