Agreed, healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. You CAN drop more, but going over this, unless you really eat clean, lift, and train, you'll be losing a lot of muscle weight and look like shit anyway.
However, if you NEED to lose weight quickly, research DNP. It's the best fat-loss drug out there. It is also EXTREMELY dangerous and can kill you. But, if done properly, can burn a half a pound of fat a day. But really research this shit before you take it, and know you may be killing yourself if you overdose or have any previous conditions.
