I got a little problem with that. My most sweaty regions are hands, face and feets, 5 minutes after a shower i am already moist in these places. It gets me anxiety because of sloppy handshakes and wet face. Also my feets smell really bad, like vinegar. I eat healthy stuff, not much fat, salt or spicy things, i also do work out. I am not fat aswell. What do i do?
How old are you? Mine was pretty fowl until I was 22 or so.
As for your feet, it's probably either a fungal infection or it's your socks/shoes. Go get new socks/shoes and wash your socks every day; don't wear either inside and let your feet air out.
Personally, my GF loves the smell of my sweat like it's some kind of aphrodisiac, but I'm also vegan so idk if that impacts my smell at all.

Im 18, and i care about my higiene. I put on socks only when i go to school or leave house in general. I never wear socks twice before washing them. It probably isnt infection aswell, my mother has sweaty feets aswell.
They use botox injections to treat that.

Try putting some boric acid in your shoes. My sister did this and it worked for her, maybe it will for you.

Well anxiety over sweating is going to make you sweat more. Not giving a shit will help, but is easier said than done.
Talcum powder for your shoes will help soak up the sweat. I'm pretty sure there are some powder antiseptics you could use too.
Even if your mum has sweaty feet you probably have some kind of bacteria living on your feet making the sweat smell bad. Sweat doesn't automatically smell bad.
As for your hands and face I have no idea past keeping some tissues on hand to dry yourself off before important interactions.

Well my feets dont smell bad before i put them into socks to be honest. They are just wet. And i tried many kinds of socks, and they were still sweating. Also used many kinds of shoes, i added anti-sweating or anti-smell pads into them and still no effect. Isnt there a pill or something to block out sweat production?
