honestly that's what i don't understand. im in college in a different place than where i was in high school. only been here for about a year and a half. i feel like in high school it was easy to make friends because we were constantly around each other and i had the same ones for years. i don't think i ever developed meeting people skills and am now suffering for it

Well fagstein it is time to move your sloppy ass into some friends. You are in college with the semester winding down and so bare the loneliness until next semester starts. Until then I need you to get a nice notebook because this will be your journal, start researching on how to meditate, exercising for 20 minutes a day (if you aren't already) and finally posture adjustment.
-Journal is there for your daily thoughts on paper, it is a good thing to have because it encourages you to do stuff to fill it up.
-Meditation worked for me greatly but it really lowered my stress and cleared my mind to think a lot more clearly.
-Exercise is for health reasons
-Posture adjustment is for making you more confident in how you feel.
I want you to implement at least the journal thing because it is very important. Having an outlet to let out your feelings and random thoughts is a good way to introspect yourself.
