Cannabis withdrawal is unpleasant. You lose your appetite and might feel queasy for a few days.
Cigarette/nicotine withdrawal is shitty. You become very irritable and feel nauseous for a few weeks/months, not to mention the cravings.
Alcohol withdrawal is downright dangerous - going from a fully blown alcoholic to 0 drinks a day can literally kill you. If, for instance, you are in the hospital for an unrelated matter and an alcoholic, they will actually give you "medicinal beer" to stave off the effects of alcohol withdrawal. Look for a detox clinic - they know how to help you get clean, and your life could literally depend on it.
But if you are at the point where you are already vomiting blood, a trip to the hospital might be the more prudent course of action in the short term.
Go to a doctor, tell him your symptoms, do detox in combination with psychotherapy, never drink again.
I love you
Yup. Time for the clinic drinky. Was it worth it?

Been to a rehab almost 5 times already feels pointless.
I'm afraid.
Also thank you >>16552815

OP here no, it was not worth it all.
I just hated myself for being a murderer.
Love myself now but have a physical dependency now, can't help it.

It's normal to relapse. I think it's something like 80% of alcoholics will. Just because you've tried 5 times, don't be discouraged. Keep trying and trying and it will stick.
>I wish I could be that man.
You can be!
Are you basically saying you're an alcohol and it's destroying your lief?

This guy might have a point, OP. From the amounts of alcohol you're drinking you don't even have to be swift as the coursing river, you are the river.
