It's probably more accurate than a face to face interview as you not answering in an avoiding manner. The test is just you and you alone, there is no reason to lie any more.

That has surprisingly little to do with the validity of psychological testing. The good ones know how to catch people who are faking, and even incorporate that into the tests. The problem with online self-tests is that they aren't very good tests to begin with, and so they have no chance of ever being as accurate.
If you are worried, then get a real test done, by a person who is actually qualified to diagnose.
