1. log in to virginmedia,com with the account holders details

3. "web safe"

Search for a folder named system32.
It contains a rootkit from microsoft that enforces these bans in your webbrowser.
Star by deleting that shit.
Then you can change your DNS settings by right clicking on the internet connection and choosing properties.
I don't like helping underage bans but just download Opera and put on the Opera turbo option. It's made to load pages quicker but it goes through Opera's server so it bypasses most bullshit.
It will take you about 10 seconds.
