One of my best friends and I are gonna rent an apartment together. I'm a guy and she's a girl. To cut to the chase, there probably is a little bit of sexual tension between us. But we have the same way of thinking/ethics, both relaxed, and have never gotten into a big arguement before.
Is this a sound idea?
Is there something I should know going into this?

If you end up trying to turn it into a fwb arrangment, the only way I've found to keep jealousy at bay is to agree to secretly keep screwing even when dating other people. I've had three fwb in my life, and the two times that it ended when she started dating someone, I quickly got more interested in her and wanted to win her for myself. But when I had a fwb girl who agreed to secretly fool around even when we were both dating someone, it was the best situation I've ever been in. My whole life just went super smooth, week after week. Because I always had an outlet for screwing away excess stress.
