Usually starts with:

>dinner date
>coffee date
After meal:
>walk
>hangout in the park
>movie
then bring them home and chill
>drink wine
>alcohol
>weed
>watch movie
>play video games together
Getting numbers, Talking and get touchy isn't a problem. However, I couldn't spot the timing to go for the kiss and escalate for something more than just "hanging out".

If you're not escalating then she's losing interest and is thinking of you as a sexual being less and less. Grow a pair of balls and go for the kiss - if they're responding well to touching then they will follow your lead.
