If it were entirely up to me to choose as a consumer, and this may be unfair to you, I'd say a tier that offers just a sketch of a bw piece.
And/or a tier that can request a "quality-up" on work. So they can request a sketch of something that doesn't exist, or an existing sketch of yours be cleaned, or a cleaned sketch coloured, or a coloured sketch shaded. One "upgrade" per month.
Also, for balance, I'd say any tier whose reward is a sketch probably shouldn't get consultation on a wip piece. They pitch a concept and you develop and represent it how you see fit, and in a way so it could (probably) fit into your portfolio.
But I'm not an artist, and I don't know your process, so I couldn't say whether or not it's practical or applicable at all.

Speaking of Patreons, anyone here is part of any that they act as a "donation" page?
I am kinda iffy to having people that take priority over others or hiding my art behind a pàywall so i was just planning in setting one up for "support this fgt" purposes only.
So, I had about the same concept, with about the same budget from 5 different artists, all either in the thread or in the doc.
So far:
Miamelly: 15 got a BW sketch, very friendly, had it done within 24 hours. The next day, I contacted him, apologising because I listed a detail incorrectly to him, and he corrected it quickly and free of charge. Super friendly, all in all, and good turnaround. Only downside is he doesn't do flat colours and his colouring process seems like it would take a while, if you /were/ willing to pay for it, but that's just a guess.
Dredd: Did it for free. Can't argue with free. Just a sketch, but didn't take long either, despite obviously keeping a heavy workload as an ambitious drawfag.
Rommi: Friendly. Thread made me kinda suspicious of him, but he's never been anything short of courteous with me. Got me a sketch almost immediately, set a time table, and so far has seemed to keep to it. 10 dollars for a coloured sketch with a 10 day turnaround isn't bad, especially considering his workload. Nay-sayers aside, I'd actually recommend him, just keep in mind he /is/ human.
Salmon Sprus: Same price-to-product and response time as Rommi, a bit more professional, and still super friendly. Only tradeoff os a few more restrictions, but he isn't a very prohibitive artist at all. His timetable was kind of vague, but he explained why and hasn't deviated from it at all.
Orangy: A bit more expensive (still not expensive), and you still get more than what you pay for. I was very vague starting off, but he walked me through to finding a winning comcept. And once I did know what I wanted, I ended up requesting a lot of adjustments at every step of the way. He was extremely friendly and worked with me despite me being picky. Super friendly, and 4 days from my first message to final delivery is pretty damn good for a coloured piece, imo.

Tl;dr: so far, I've only received great service from the 5 artists listed, amd I'm pretty happy with my good luck.

I've gotten lots of requests delivered on various drawthreads over the years, and I bless the artists, but it is nothing like being able to ask for exactly what you want without coming across like an ungrateful asshole.

Usually two or three days. The sketch can be changed (As long as you don't want me to do something completely different from the start I guess). After the lineart is done I can change the colors if you want but I won't change the drawing after it's colored, at least for free.

Commissioners: Who gives the best combination of quality and price when it comes to comics? I've had an idea for 3 to 5 panel tf (amazon growth) comic with 1 or 2 characters for a while, and considering the good feedback I've seen here, I wouldn't mind hunting down some artists.
If it counts for anything, as far as details go, I'd provide backgrounds, at least two panels could be nearly the same image, just the subject scaled up and her clothes a bit more torn, and the first panel would just be maybe wordbubbles and disembodied, simply drawn head(s).

dont show all your draws for free, do a censored version sometimes and the nsfw just for patreon-only feed. is this a paywall? yes. this is for keep people supporting you. "for one dollar you can see this girl unnaked" and shit like that, but dont abuse, leave some art nsfw for free.
you have a very personal style, thats a strong and weak point. is strong because you art is unique in your own way, and is weak because you need more persistence in your art, i mean, you need to draw the arms on the same size.
in your description you say " I've been doing my best to draw as much as I can" this is bad. change it to something like "i want to improve". Why? because your description is like "hey, i draw and draw but i never improve, i just want to draw more and more" then thats your limit? you cant do it better? you want to "improve" and i want to support u because i know you can do it better. get it?

Ye it sucks. You usually know its a bot because its a generic name, default icon, and they aren't pledging to anybody else. Their pledge just gets declined. I don't know what the point is, since it's not like they can collect any rewards I send out. I just have to delete a huge chunk of fake patrons every time payments get processed. It's a bummer to see that number get chopped in half every month.

I prefer monthly if you're not doing anything specific. If you have a webcomic, or do big animations or illustrations that take a long time, it makes more sense to do it per update. But if you're just producing content at a steady stream, go monthly or bi-weekly.

I work 4 days a week and it knocks my artwork about more often than not so a lot of my pictures get delayed, but I try to draw a good balance of what I enjoy and what's popular. For example Overwatch, something I personally enjoy and I know people search for.

I see people coming in with a long list of won't-dos that include even really vanilla shit. I didn't look at their art or anything, so I don't know how kinky they're willing to be, but it certainly helps get people interested to not have a long list of fetishes that you'll refuse to do.

Why's that? It's far closer to real proportions (though it may be off, since I am still learning) than a lot of people do. I'm still trying to improve, and stylization comes both with better understandings of the base material as well as after mastery, even though there never really is true mastery.

It's mostly just his coloring costs. It takes some luck, but a 10 dollar line work and coloring from one of the patricians of a color thread gives you not a bad deal. Alternatively, if he gave coloring like that floraverse guy, or something really out there / unique, I'd say that's more reasonable.

I'm still waiting to hear back from A5W, but his are 25, I don't think I've seen better.
Rommi's really good, has some of the best subject range and prices, but he's also extremely deliberate, and can get held up o his own standards. This van be compounded by when he's got a workload already, because he isn't going to shy away on quality on any piece to get it done quicker. I'd say there are few people better to approach, but try to do it when he doesn't have many irons in the fire. I'm personally waiting for him to come out and say, "Alright guys, I'm open, what's up?" Before bothering him, but I'm really looking forward to when I do.
