Is it me or do these threads run faster than most threads in this board? I feel like 80% of the pictures posted are reposts (Dear god, please don't bring up that RM comic again or anything drawn by him because we've seen them a million times already and there's barely any new content from him) and good artwork only comes like two or three times a week. There are other threads that were made over a month ago which are still alive albeit slowly.
Speaking of content, it seems like the only drawfag who still comes here regularly is Geotastic because he draws lewder art that dA won't allow to post them there. All the other ones got fucked off either because of drama or they wanted to pander to the normalfag (dA/Tumblr) crowd.
I feel like this place would be a lot more comfier if the amount of reposted images decreased. This thread isn't gonna die if it reaches page 8.

That reminds me of my earliest memory of realizing I was into this stuff. I was 5 I think and I was waiting with my dad in his truck and I started thinking about wearing and using diapers and really wanted to. Apparently the Tykables store got a couple articles written about it. Nothing really noteworthy about them, but supposedly they /are/ working on an ABDL clothing line, including onesies, jeans (maybe something like shortalls?), and underwear, of all things. I wasn't a social outcast or anything, I actually had plenty of friends (close ones at that, and played on a few different community sports teams) and was quite popular despite my pants pooping. I played sports and had plenty of sleep overs at others houses (where I'd poop my pants as well.) Keep in mind this was 1st - 3rd grade.
I'd use TP to act as a "tampon" to keep the mess from smooshing too far into my underwear. As far as the smell, I don't know what was up with that, maybe they just never said anything or they just thought it was a fart or something because I did it in multiple different places throughout the years.
My teachers would notice and kind of call me to the side and ask me quietly some would pull the back of my pants to check, in a different room than the rest of the kids, and then they'd call my parents and "send me to the office" which meant send me to the toilet to clean up some and wait for my parents.
Usually I knew right away it had happened, I'd hold it as long as I could because of either embarrassment from having to use the school potty for pooping during restroom time while there were a bunch of kids around. Or I'd hold it because I didn't go during restroom time and end up pooping in the classroom from holding it too long and not being able to control it anymore.(our teachers wouldn't let you go after restroom time because you should have gone when they allowed you to.)
If we were out on the playground playing something fun and I had to poop I'd hold it in and try my best not to poop myself...but would usually fail.
The only real thing that got called out is when I started using the potty at school after everyone else had already gone back to the classroom, I'd be "welcomed" with a chorus of "EWWWWWWWW" when I'd come back from pooping because all the kids new I was pooping. Decent enough?

I've got a few stories I can remember where I ended up having to go to sleep in my messy underpants and had to wait until I made it home before I could get changed into a fresh pair. Damn it was pretty terrible.
I even remember some camping trips where I had to wait out a FEW days or end up throwing the underpants away just for some relief from the itching and the mess.

Overall I'd say it's pretty good. You're quite good with internal monologue and description. The idea is a good, if generic, one as well. And I always appreciate proper grammar.
As for suggestions, you do need to break up your paragraphs more though, each one is upwards of 300 words and that makes it hard to read. Your metaphors get too poetical at times, for example "resembling an inferno with never ending rage to fuel its flames" is way too melodramatic. Also I'd recommend more dialogue and less description for readability, but that's an writer's choice.

My parents may have been ridiculously overprotective (such as not letting me be further than 5 feet away from them in a store until I was 13 or so), but they were always understanding and supportive of me. I had an interest in diapers around 10 or so, so I got the genius idea that I'd pretend to wet the bed so I could get some.
I just poured some water on my bet, said I had an accident, and then made a sidenote that I'd rather wear diapers than deal with wet sheets. My parents didn't do anything like get angry or punish me. I got a talk about how it was pretty normal for it to happen at my age, how it didn't make them think less of me, and so on.
From there, so long as I dealt with disposing of them, my parents bought diapers for me with no questions asked. Looking back on it, I do feel a bit bad about "abusing" their kindness.
