IIRC there was a greentext idea similar to that floated in the regular /co/ threads a while back. Since I wanted to be absolutely sure, I checked the wiki and it seems rather specific in two different articles. GG's profile lists her as being 13 and a half, while Rocker Billy's profile states that he's from the same Jr. High School (not High School) as Audrey. Unless if we want to decide to change this now, that's what it is, but...
I think it actually makes sense for her to be that young, though. She's supposed to be barely going through puberty and girls seem to enter puberty at younger and younger ages all the time (younger than even Aubrey's age), and so the only thing that it's affected of hers so far (in a big way) is her breasts, which is why the rest of her is still so small and young looking. Supposedly she fills out more evenly when she grows up.
All that said, she's a cartoon, so I don't know why anyone has to feel uncomfortable about her age. And she's only half a year younger than Panda, but nobody seems to have an issue with her age. And if it's a rule thing, I think that rule has more to do with appearance than actual age (again, the Panda threads that always pop up and seem just fine).
