An armor over soul sounds like the best idea for her. I guess for maxmimum weebage we can go with the name "Namakemono Yoroi", which literally means "Sloth Armor". Dumb name is dumb.

This over soul has a lot of defensive power. You can use dem huge ass fists to punch stuff but they're super weak. The good thing about them is the fact that the more they touch someone, the more that person will feel weak, eventually passing out because of the fatigue created by the contact with them.
Also those things on the back are launchers. They shoot a beam that has the same effect as her fists, it's just for long range combat.

General info. In his current state he's mostly a flying brick. He can top out at 150 mph on ground and 450 mph in the air. His left arm is a heat cannon, condensed nuclear reactor is stored in his shoulder. Durability wise he's withstood a black hole bomb to the face that propelled him across the galaxy to earth where he crash landed. He took a week to heal with his regen powers and tech. Tactical genius that uses his equipment and environment the fullest. This isn't even his final form. He's got an ego that can be taken advantage of. Also very susceptible to mental attacks. He has no counters for psychic or magic.
Strongest character I've ever come up with I swear. I've got less Superman tier people. A huge knight that fights dragons in dragon scale armor. A dragon girl that breathes molten lead and has a gun horde, a robot assistant that pilots a mech, and a kobold battalion. Girl that turns into a large robot, guy that turns into a larger robot.

She can also throw magic fireballs that 1/3 of the time will blow up on her face.
Wind magic that can cut like a razor but often will end cuting her own clothes instead of the enemy.
Healing magic that doesnt heal at all and instead causes a mild and annoying amount of pain.
And if in a pretty dire situation her heroic blood may react and she can call down bolts of lightining from the heavens which is very powerful... but likely will end hitting her instead of the opponent anyway.

This all kinda depends on what part of the story she's from...can range anywhere from just normal human abilities of punching and kicking and guns to just being all of reality...so maybe something in the middle?
High strength, speed, dexterity and whathaveyou...heightened perception and reaction speed so dodging bullets and such is pretty easy unless there's like a fuck ton coming from all directions, though she could also just deflect them up to certain caliber probably...not sure about like anti-tank rounds and stuff like that...also lasers probably wouldn't be dodgable due to going at the speed of light.
She watches kung fu movies and anime to get moves from, so if it's martial arts, energy or elemental based, she can probably do it, but not like planet nuking type power...she has an affinity for fire but doesn't really do much with it beyond the occasional flaming fist because she thinks it looks cool.

This battle royale thing sounds interesting. I kinda want to put Maggie into it and see what would happen with her current abilities (she has a huge list of powers but can only use a random 5 that changes per week).
So let's see how she'd do with her current abilities of:

His basic form has weaknesses. EMR, Gravity and Weak/Strong Nuclear Force are all potential counters that would decimate via fundamental interaction.
Manipulation of the 4th Dimension and under wouldn't warrant him as powerful as his fifth form because whether or not you knew; we are already existing in a 4-dimensional continuum. He's basically using his environment when using his powers for this one.
