It's obviously still the women who get pregnant, but besides maybe breastfeeding they're not the main upbringer of children. That's left to men. To be a single mother is somewhat admirable. (much like historically it was somewhat admirable if you were a single dad because mum died or whatever). Ditching the girl/child as dad is considered a horrible crime against humanity. Having a child out of wedlock is also a million times worse as a guy. Women are head of the household and main breadwinner throughout most of history.
In the "dating/clubbing" scene, guys are often "liquored up". Maybe whiskey dick doesn't exist. Imagine a passed out/barely conscious guy that every girl that wants to has a ride on. Twitch is now infested with "guy gamers", who do nothing but wear very tight pants showing off bulges, always shirtless, flexing, stroking beard etc. Also, punching a guy is a horrible thing, no sane woman would do that obviously (in public). Domestic abuse is now heavily focused as female abusing male, male abusing female is considered laughable.
Facial hair is probably to men as "regular hair" is to women. It's something to be cherished and it's a destruction of character/masculinity to lose it, just like women can't really go bald because who wants to date a bald chick outside a few "alternate scenes".

Well you see, it's bordeline impossible to go and change just one aspect without society as a whole being flipped on it's head.
