Most of the characters in Angel Corps end up dead, one way or another. Kinda sucks that this comic's forever tainted with that stigma, I find the characters and basic setting very interesting, it probably could've done well as a Totally Spies-esque thing instead of all the gore.

I like to imagine Angel Corps isn't just an ironic title; the girls are reborn everytime they die. The Angel Corps project sends young girls on suicide missions with sensitive information, not to retrieve it personally, but acquire it. Everytime a girl dies her mental pattern is reuploaded to databases back in the headquarters, where cleanup crews purge her memories of death, but keep the subconscious lessons to avoid each punch and kick, as well as extract secret data from their minds. The layouts can also collect any dna samples the bodies had left over. Then the Corps member is given a new body, a cleaned memory, and goes about her missions none the wiser.
The end results are spies that are completely expendable but mentally conditioned to be better at their job without needing constant training. Instant deployment because there's no problem with failure means USAC gets boots on the ground faster and information quicker. Plus, clones and mental tampering means, should a senator be hesitant to fund such a classified operation, just cook up a Princess cock-addled clone love slave as incentive to continue their work.
Weaver's red this before, and I know he doesn't like it, but I think it'd be an interesting bigger angle, that all the Angel Corps girls, their lives bodies and personalities, are patented property of the United States government.

Well I love guro, but I also like continuity. I get why Beaver wouldn't want to do that, but if I were making an anthology of these, making a connected story about seemingly unconnected stuff would be fun.

A sort of allegory about a woman taking seemingly disempowering sexuality and taking its own reigns. Interpretable as sex-positive approach to guro, but never overtly stating it as its goal.
