And I don't anymore for several reasons, one of the big ones is that among the "Stable" of artists they have, the crapshoot of whether you get a good artist or a shit one is a lot higher if you're not asking for Sonic/Furry/diaper/spanking shit.
So as a vanilla motherfucker, the range for different artstyles that got used for the stuff I wanted was very wide.
My point: I was NEVER allowed to choose what artist worked on my stories, and I always wanted to have the guy who did Deep Cover Evaluation work on one of mine. Except, I was told that the guy doesn't work for PAL anymore.

I would base your prices partially on time spent making the pieces. You shouldn't ever be doing quality work for less than minimum wage.
I personally would say based on what I see that $15-20 sounds decent for the base image, and as you said, $5 for all the edits seems about right as well.

There's a reason for the term 'Starving Artist'. You have to be among the best if you want to make any decent money, or a decent business man, self-promoter, or scam artist at the least.
And naturally, your identity is at risk, but as long as you can build up a reputation before being exposed, you should be fine. Paying as gifts is dangerous (as least through paypal) because it can be seen as attempted tax evasion. Maybe fine if the artist isn't making enough to warrant a 1099-k form (under $20k a year), but where I live that's less than what you'd make at a full-time minimum wage job.

Out of curiosity, what's the difference between 'lines' and 'binary lines'?

Regular lines have a smooth transition between the transparency at the center of the line and the edge, things generally look smoother. Binary lines are where the brush either fills in a pixel at max opacity, or doesn't at all. In other words it gives it a very sharp, crispy feel to the line. I find it easier to do more 'chibi' kind of drawings with binary, like this.

As for my own ideas, I always liked the idea of her giving a bunch of people in a house handies/blowies/sex at once. Like stretching her neck up the stairs to blow a dude, her arms into two different rooms to give two handies, and somebody fucking her in the room her torso is in.

Just curious, what's the appeal of commissioning either one or multiple artists for several pictures of your OC? It's just something I always thought was a bit weird whenever I see people's tumblr/dA/fA ect being only mirrors of other people's artwork.

Basically waaay back I needed money and I stupidly took a $250 lump sum commission for 25 pictures. Each full color and having 2 characters. Which already undercutting at only $10 a piece. Then on top of that they want impossible poses. They want to see both characters faces and dicks, but in positions where that just isn't possible.
Naturally 25 images with these instructions take a long time (not to mention looking for a real job and life etc). Eventually he starts asking for WIP of the next piece immediately after I send in one finished piece.
Then his phone malfunctions and he sends me and my other artist friend 20 repeat emails asking for WIPs. I send him one.
A week later he tells me I've been ignoring him and that I don't get him the rest of his pieces he's going to file for a refund.

Why make two accounts?
If you do invoicing you can send the person the bill with a title on it like 'Commission' and it doesn't get flagged.
If an artist does comics, do I need to dictate every panel or can I just come up with a theme I want?

That's a pretty big undertaking... especially if you want the art to have a uniform feel/style. I'd recommend not going cheap on game art, since visuals are so important to the appeal of your game.

There's been a number of research to explain why so many "straight" men are interested in women with penises.
It's nearly always what I commission because it tends to be still niche.
Is there even any way to earn actual money with this? Like, I dunno, 1000$ a month? I tried once before and the result wasn't pretty.

There are so many people offering to do commissions. It seems to be a race to the bottom, to me and not something you can depend on unless you hit it big. Look at people like Herny who open commissions and get filled almost immediately. They're probably doing pretty well but otherwise you're just getting beer money.
That said, if you don't live in the first world, it probably pays pretty well.
But that's coming from someone who isn't an artist and who just wants to pay people to draw women with dicks.

From what I've heard you never want to send/receive money as a gift on PayPal. You might think you'll be getting around the fees with this option, but I heard of stories of accounts being banned from both ends this way. So always send it as a payment for services and make sure you don't have dumb messages stating that you're dealing with lewds.
