Done! I wanted to emphasize Joy's natural glow, so I made the background black. Also, I tried to get the grey out as much as possible, and make Joy as bright as I can without getting rid of the natural shading in the B&W sketch. This is the best I can do, and I think the best I'm capable of at the moment.
