If you're interested in the minor plots of lola, iris and rose, then yes PTG is worth playing through.
On the other hand, If you don't care for the story and "oc" characters and simply want the scenes, then no it's not worth it.
The gameplay is severely lacking and there're much better games that revolve around creating slaves, so again avoid giving it a playthrough if you want to be a slave master.
