Your choice of complex and simple sentences can be tweaked somewhat. For the first paragraph, I'd probably rephrase it to improve flow.

Essentially just make slightly wider use of conjunctions, but try to avoid long descriptions punctuated by lots of commas. You can use a variety of sentence forms to keep the text fluid.
Haven't read it all yet, but I imagine that's one way you can refine the whole text. If you have two short sentences in a row then consider whether they create a meaningful dramatic effect, or whether they would read better as one.

I like both fatal and non-fatal vore for different reasons. Fatal vore plays more into my stuffing and bbw/weight gain fetishes. There is a kind of finality and completeness to the domination aspect of it that pushes it over the edge for me.
Non-fatal vore is more about intimacy and protection, so it falls in line with my gentle giantess fetish. It's not something I usually fap to, though. It's more of a "lay in bed with a bit of a stiffy and read this comfy, cute story" kind of enjoyment.

Yeah, that paragraph was kinda awkward because it wasn't actually where I started the story. I began with the second paragraph, but went back and added that one because I wasn't sure if there was enough description of the scene for people to know what was going on.
I've only recently started writing narrative fiction, and the thing that's been consistently difficult is describing a scene, just as a still image, so to speak. When people are in motion through their surroundings it's easy to know what to focus on, or when you write a reflective sort of "train of thought" paragraph to set up the character's motivations and ideas, one thought usually leads into the next in a logical way.
When I have to just describe a static scene though, I never know where to start, or how much detail is too much or not enough. When I have the opportunity I intersperse the description of the environment with the character's actions, but for complex scenes I don't think that really works.
The other thing I realized was really hard was coming up with good, original metaphors and smilies. Figurative language is hugely powerful, but I don't want to bury my readers under a mountain of dead metaphors. As >>467581 points out, some of the ones in this story were duds.
This is especially hard to do with vore and GTS, too. There's a ton of metaphors in these fetishes that are so common that it's strange when they AREN'T used.

Fatal vore can be hot because it's a degradation thing, just like absorption. The prey has not only been completely and utterly bested in the most symbolic way possible, but will also be reduced to something lesser in order to serve their mistress.
There's also a sort of dark casualness to it. The predator might indeed be sadistic, but he/she/it isn't even trying to enact some horrible fate upon the prey. I really enjoyed this. The prose is rough in some spots, and the setting is very contrived, but it conveys the interactions you intended, which is the most important thing.

I have to wonder why you chose telepathy as an ability for the MGs. It's certainly useful for communicating with humans they've already eaten, and it adds to their mysterious alien nature, but it seems like a strange ability for a predatory race to have. I would think casually snuffing out the lives of dozens of other sapients would be harder to rationalize if you could actually HEAR their thoughts.
This leads me to wonder how much Jake actually has to fear from the MGs. The original invaders probably had no problem eating tons of humans because they were culturally conditioned to not view them as people. The post-War MGs grew up learning that "humans are friends, not food" so they might not really be willing to digest their human prey because their empathy also extends to humans, and is amplified by the telepathy.
Also, I think you need to pick a different term for the giant aliens. Referring to them as "Mini Giantesses" only makes sense in the context of there being larger giantesses, which there aren't in the setting.

I was inspired by a different story series where women can comuncate with men telepathically and read their minds but men cannot. I also liked it as a plot device more then her eating a cell phone or something, because I have a feeling that if you were inside a person you wouldn't really hear their voice too well.
As for the aspect of them being able to hear their prey cry for mercy as they are being killed, it will be addressed in the next part, though i did say it was not a common trait to have among giantesses.

In a longer version where i went into more detail about the war, i stated that it was basically a V situation, they appear friendly for many centuries, but behind the scenes were eating people by the thousands. The truth gets out eventually in a day humans call "revelation day" and that's when shit hit the fan. What ends up stopping the war is the fact that ultimately humans are the food supply for them, and they're actively destroying that. So the giantess Illuminati decided the war needs to stop, and to come to a dark truce with humanity "let us eat some of you, and we wont kill all of you." humanity, now down to a very small number faced complete extinction so begrudgingly agreed. So there is actually a whole section of the world where people are born to be eaten, and it's like the village and the giantesses are though of as gods and such. the giantesses had to also exercise restraint and made it a law not to eat "none game" humans, but there are still occurrences and since Giantesses rule society still they tend to get away with it.
Jake knows this so he fears it could happen to him.
