Well, many of us enjoy diapers in different ways. Like I do enjoy them sexually, but I also enjoy them in a non-sexual emotional way. So that's why I enjoy wearing/using them even when I'm not aroused. So when we wear in public, it's not necessarily for sexual gratification.
