The potion gets her immediately pregnant, but not full term. So over the three days she'll go through everything. Breast Enlargement, Belly Growing, Milk Production, then finally 'birth'.

Speaking for myself, the ideal path would be as follows:
easier to create: after she takes the potion she's vulnerable to getting pregnant for real, and when/if that does happen the mimic potion can accelerate it
harder to create: if she's corrupt enough from other activities/used the mimic potion enough, using it eventually gives her a pregnancy kink, which leads to sexy dialogue and her eventually getting pregnant for real after being given fertility potions (as above, the pregnancy itself can be accelerated with the mimic potions)
hardest to create: parallel storyline to main corruption track, involving her getting exposed to preg slythirin chicks and being convinced to start messing with her birth control and taking weaker versions/missing pills on purpose, eventually culminating in her semi-understanding that she's been tricked into taking fake bc that make her fertile. This could be a 4-7 event track that would culminate at the same time that a player gets to the "lets do anal" stage of the main game.
Obviously I'd prefer option 3, but any one of these three would be awesome. Does any of the above sound reasonable?

To expand on what I'd like to write for my Breast Expansion idea:
Three tiers of Breast Expansion potion, with more sensitivity and more size every time. With varying degrees of want from Hermione depending on her whoring stat.
These would be events during the day, like public tasks where she'd walk around with an expanded chest and eventually doing lewd things. The size and sensitivity would be upgraded by doing a task for Snape.

In regards to creating a context for Hermione to wear the superhero costumes in Silver, this is an idea and Mo can decide whether it's shit or useful: Add a new gift to the game, "Comic Book Collection." It would be pretty expensive because it would "unlock" all of the superhero costumes. You can buy the costumes whenever, but Hermione will have different reactions.
