Same way you install any mod. Make sure you have everything the mod lists as required.
Sexlab is pretty much just a framework so you'll need other mods to actually make use of it. Download just one additional mod and make sure it is both simple and popular, just to test that you installed everything right.

If it has a fairly expansive selection of outfits and such. As an all in one mod. I'd say go for it, most armor re placers and clothing mods only add one outfit. So you'd have to add in a bunch.
Paradise valley is a house mod, but it either also contains or requires a subordinate mod that adds a bunch of summer wear. That's the closest thing I've ever seen to a wardrobe mod. Might be worth an install

Sparse. Even though animation mods do exist the animations are usually pretty choppy. Still images are a lot nicer, especially since there's a fuckton of posers that allow you to position the character(s) properly. If you want some 'proper' animated webms you'd probably find more content in SFM threads.

I've got Schlongs of Skyrim installed but I remember another mod asked to supercede SoS. Now I can't change the size of my characters schlong and I can't remember what mod it is.
I saved up a lot of Essence of Dragon so I could notice an effect, but 8 of them did nothing.
