One Punch Man is a joke from the getgo. His story is the opposite of most manga where the plot and characters are super serious with comedy relief sprinkled in.
The entire core plot is comedy relief about how he's absofuckinglutely too fucking strong. It only becomes a serious story when he isn't involved in the fight. A comparison between him and Supes is absurd and pointless.
But to indulge it, if he punched as hard as he could he would turn not only Superman, but the entire planet as well into paste. No character in the history of fiction could ever fight Saitama, no one. Do you get the joke yet?
