Next the monk, she has good talent for a novice but needs refinement and needs to act as an assassin/ support type, falling back to the mage and healer when they spot enemies trying to go for them. Basically she'll be their eyes, making sure to keep track of the surroundings and going where needed.
Mage up next. Get the stick out of this bitch's ass. Firstly teach her just because she can throw fire out of her magic stick doesnt make her entitled to be cocky, being cocking got her a knife in the stomach and goblin dick in her.
And the priest. Do menial jobs until she gets some better abilities and teach her to be a support as well as a healer.
From there small jobs, clearing out rats, catching pety thieves, that sort of work. Any Goblin hunting would be outdoors and not in caves.

Don't let the rookies go into enemy territory alone, but with someone experienced.
