Pic related is literally the only good part of Jojo. Everything else is monster of the week bullshit without any sort of connection to the main hot plot.
Part 4 is the worst offender so far. We're 15 episodes in and we've had less iconic moments than ONE episode of Battle Tendency. Considering how Yukako, Tonio, Hazamada ect do jack shit against Kira basically half of the series is filler shit.
Compare it with 3 episodes of Part 2

Worst thing is that the Motw bullshit gets even worse with Part 5, and Part 6 doesn't even feel like a proper adventure because it's in a fucking prison.
That's why Part 2 is the best part: No filler shit, all the fights are closely related to Kars, constant change of location gives a feeling of bizarre adventure and something always happens.
Sadly, Battle Tendency is a 8/10 but Jojo as a whole is a 4/10 series. Lots of potential wasted in an episodic formula and lots of nothing happenings.
